I supported Portugal Homes in transforming their organic search visibility in a highly competitive international real estate market. At the beginning of the engagement, a the website had very limited organic presence and ranked far behind established competitors targeting global investors searching for property opportunities in Portugal.
The project began with a deep technical and strategic SEO audit that revealed significant structural and indexing issues across the website. By systematically resolving indexation problems, improving site performance, restructuring technical SEO foundations, and implementing a clear keyword and content strategy, the platform gradually moved from the bottom of the competitive landscape into leading positions in search results.
Within less than a year, the website achieved over 3,000% growth in organic traffic, reached more than one million monthly search impressions, and generated over 130,000 qualified organic leads. The strengthened organic visibility significantly reduced reliance on paid advertising and contributed to a fivefold increase in company revenue, positioning Portugal Homes among the leading real estate platforms in its market.

During a nine-month engagement with Design Wizard, an online platform providing accessible tools for image and video creation, I worked closely with the internal team to strengthen the website’s organic search performance. While the product itself offered strong value for users, the platform faced limited search visibility and several technical issues that affected both performance and discoverability.
The project began with a comprehensive website audit to identify structural and technical limitations impacting search performance. Based on these insights, I collaborated with the development team to improve site performance, technical SEO foundations, and overall crawlability. Once the technical framework was stabilized, I worked alongside the content team to refine page-level relevance, improving on-page structure, titles, and metadata across the site.
As these improvements were implemented, search visibility began to increase steadily. Within the engagement period, the platform achieved a 73% growth in organic traffic, significantly improving its ability to attract qualified users through search.

Project: SEO Audit, Advisory & Content Optimization (2024)

I supported Imaginary Cloud in addressing challenges related to low search visibility, inconsistent traffic, and limited conversion from their blog content. The engagement began with a deep SEO and technical audit, analyzing site performance, content structure, search rankings, and competitive positioning. The review revealed several structural issues, including very slow page speed, missing metadata, broken links, thin content, and low click-through rates from search results.
Due to technical limitations of the client’s CMS, many infrastructure improvements were not possible. Instead, the strategy focused on high-impact optimizations that could be implemented quickly, including fixing broken pages, improving page titles and meta descriptions, and strengthening content quality through internal training for the client’s team. Even within these constraints, the improvements produced significant gains in search visibility.
Within months, daily search impressions increased from roughly 200 to over 800, while overall traffic grew several times over. One year after the engagement, the website reached 8.3 million Google impressions and more than 91,000 organic visitors, with average search rankings improving by over 20 positions across the site.
Eco Energoprom
Project: Website Redesign & Conversion Optimization (2015)

I supported Eco Energoprom in modernizing their digital presence by redesigning an outdated, non-responsive website that no longer reflected the company’s capabilities or supported modern user expectations. The project focused on building a clean, responsive platform using contemporary web technologies, while preserving and restructuring existing content to improve usability and clarity.
The new website was developed using a responsive Bootstrap framework, with redesigned visual assets, improved navigation, and a stronger focus on user experience and conversion flow. Following the launch, the improvements translated into measurable business impact, including a 27% increase in conversion performance, a significant reduction in bounce rate, and an estimated 30% growth in revenue in the months after delivery.
